Answers:

1. Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this.

2. Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is not affected by the number of people staying in the apartment, but apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider.

3. No, all taxes are included in the prices.

4. To make a booking you need to pay a downpayment of 20% of the total charge. This is calculated automatically for you when you make the booking online. This is non-refundable.

5. The remaining 80% of the cost is payable on arrival in cash.

6. On arrival you will also be asked for 150 GBP as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!

7. There is no extra charge for cleaning. In fact there are no extra charges at all.

8. The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment.

9. The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will be met there at a time specified by you, subject to our policy of arrival and departure times (below).

10. Arrival are not normally before 4pm, and departures should be before 11am. Normally provisions can be made with the owners to look after luggage during the hours between, but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. All agreements in relation to this should be discussed directly with the apartment owner.

11. The owner or their representative will meet you at the apartment.

12. There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc. In fact there are no extra charges at all.

13. As requested by all our owners, we require a minimum stay of three nights.

14. When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 20% which is non-refundable. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining 80% which, once paid, is similarly non-refundable. When booking an apartment which requires the full payment in advance, this full payment is non-refundable.
