We have 5 high quality apartments in the same elegant townhouse in a tree-lined avenue in famous Notting Hill. The building has been tastefully divided into five fully furnished, self contained apartments, each occupying one floor. The apartments overlook a large secluded garden square which is available for residents' use only. Each centrally heated apartment has two twin bedded rooms and a very well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a full bathroom. The living rooms have lovely high ceilings and lots of natural light due to the south facing large windows, a double sofa bed, cable television, telephone and video entryphone. The housekeeper cleans the apartments daily, Monday to Friday. The ground floor apartment comes with a private garden, whilst the top apartment has a balcony overlooking the street. Notting Hill is one of London's most stylish areas with everything from upmarket shopping to fine dining. Nearby you can find various markets and easy access to the west end and trains and buses to Oxford. Elgin Crescent is a tree lined avenue of 19th Century elegant townhouses and 54 Elgin Crescent is situated between Ladbroke Grove and Clarendon Road in the best part of Notting Hill, an area frequented by many famous stars of screen and television. Notting Hill has fast become one of London's most popular residential areas, abounding with restaurants, bars, shops, and the celebrated Portobello Market. Kensington Gardens, Holland and Hyde Parks are a few minutes walk away. The nearest underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith and City Lines) or Holland Park (Central Line). However, nearby Notting Hill Gate is served by three different tube services, namely the Central, Circle and District Lines.
